NATIONAL WHISKEY SALES SPECIALIST

Latitude Beverage — the fast-growing wine & spirits company behind award-winning brands including Wheel Horse Whiskey, Copper & Cask, Tequila Zarpado, and 90+ Cellars — is seeking a dynamic spirits sales professional and whiskey expert/ambassador to help us expand our national spirits portfolio footprint by growing distribution, building visibility and educating both a trade and consumer audience.

This role will focus primarily on our whiskey brands, Copper & Cask and Wheel Horse, while also supporting other core spirits such as Tequila Zarpado. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organization — from our Barrel Master and Spirits Director, to marketing, sales, distributor partners, retailers, and consumers.

What You’ll Do

Drive sales & Distribution

  • At least 50% of this role will be sales-focused, acting as both a hands-on salesperson and a strategic partner to our sales organization.

  • Help expand national distribution, open key accounts, and support existing markets to accelerate growth.

  • Support local market sales activities (dependent on location)

Educate & Inspire

  • Serve as a charismatic educator and subject-matter expert for internal teams, distributor partners, retailers, and consumers.

  • Lead trainings, tastings, virtual sessions, and in-market events that deepen knowledge and enthusiasm for our portfolio.

  • Equip sales teams and distributors with tools, insights, and content to help grow the business.

build community & visibility

  • Cultivate a network of whiskey clubs, influencers, on- and off-premise buyers, and organizations to keep our brands top-of-mind.

  • Identify sponsorships, collaborations, and brand-building initiatives that raise visibility and credibility.

Who You Are

  • An effective sales person, with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the AlcBev industry, with proven success building retail relationships and growing on- and off-premise business.

  • Deeply knowledgeable about whiskey production, tasting, and quality — and able to communicate that knowledge with ease and excitement.

  • Experienced at educating diverse audiences, from consumers to sales teams to trade partners.

  • Naturally entrepreneurial, self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy.

  • Able and eager to travel extensively (40%-50%), particularly throughout the South and Southeast regions.
